AgentCX Labs has introduced the Founding Beta of its new tool, Agent Builder Studio, a platform that enables agencies and business process outsourcing (BPO) firms to design, brand, and deploy AI agents without needing to write any code. This innovative platform allows users to specify the type of AI agent they desire using straightforward language. Agent Builder Studio then formulates a proposed configuration for the agent, covering elements such as the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt. Users have the opportunity to review and tweak these settings before rolling out the AI agents to their clients.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs allows agencies and BPOs to leverage their existing AI infrastructure, avoiding dependency on a single AI provider. The platform facilitates integration with users’ existing accounts across various AI model providers, as well as voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. It supports connections with major providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, Agent Builder Studio includes white-label features such as custom domains, client subaccounts, and branding controls, allowing agencies to offer AI services under their own brand and manage client billing.
The initial offering from Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent now accessible to AgentCX Labs customers. Agencies can tailor the agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base before integrating it into a client’s website. The Web Chat Agent includes functionalities such as lead capture, human handoff, and CRM integration through webhooks. The Founding Beta is also expanding to address other use cases like CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and AI assistants for Slack.
AgentCX Labs emphasizes that the platform is specifically designed to cater to the needs of agencies and BPOs, enabling them to broaden their AI service portfolio while keeping control over their current infrastructure, client relations, and branding intact. Agent Builder Studio is currently available through an invite-only Founding Beta, with the company inviting applications from interested agencies and BPOs eager to participate in the program.
